Hp

Originally born and raised in Miami and pursuing my education in Los Angeles, my internship at HP introduced me to a different living experience in Boise, Idaho. This was my first time living in a smaller city, and I found the slow-paced lifestyle refreshing. It gave me the perfect environment to focus on my work and inner self.

In Boise, I was in charge of developing a web-based user interface, streamlining the diagnostic process of LaserJet printers by enabling simultaneous interaction with 14 serial ports. This significantly reduced diagnosis times and enhanced the overall troubleshooting workflow. I got to use JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, and BASH to create an MVP that would serve as a baseline for future enhancements.

Beyond the internship, my time in Boise was filled with personal growth and discovery. Boise's mantra is "Boise Nice", and the welcoming community allowed me to forge lasting friendships and explore aspects of myself I had never known. This unique blend of professional development and personal exploration made my internship at HP a truly transformative chapter of my life.
